“As you are aware, Marina has been leading the group session of yoga for the past several Fridays in Plaza 1. She has been an amazing job and I would love to continue these sessions with her each Friday if possible. I know there was not a huge crowd, but it might widen with more awareness. Either way, I just wanted to let you know that these sessions are my first exposure to yoga and I likely would not have tried it had it not been for midday class right here.

At each session Marina asks the participants for a word to focus on that day, and my word is usually CALM. And it works beautifully each time. I return to work feeling so much better, with my body and brain re-aligned. I appreciate the opportunity for this and would love for it to continue each Friday. It makes my week.
